The original idea of using digital cards for travel insurance originally came from company YourPass.eu. Over the years, it has proven that moving to the digital sphere is the future, even in the insurance industry.
AXA Partners CEE is creating digital travel insurance card for each customer how buys travel insurance thru their website. The customers can find a lot of important information on the card such as the insurance variant they bought with link to detailed information or contacts to nonstop assistance line - online chat, phone contacts and email.
This card also provides a link to online claims handling system and links to complete documentation. Furthermore, it is used for upselling and cross-selling with a special offer for next travel insurance.

All this is used for travel insurance, but the card can be used for many more use cases.
